What are my chances of getting a visa.PLEASE HELP

I applied for my student visa six weeks ago.I was studying Bcom Law since 2011 with a long distance university (UNISA)and wasn't doing well at all so I dropped my qualification this year and applied for a Diploma in Business Administration at Lethbridge College.I explained everything in my Cover Letter that I submitted my application with.I did not submit any transcripts though.Please help me need to know if I hold a strong case

Without transcript, chances are slim to none.
