What are my chances of getting a engineering Job offer? Please share your experience

I am 26 years old mechanical engineer in power plant industry. Have worked in international projects for more than 4 years now. I am applying for all possible jobs I see on Jobbank but no success. My current Express entry score is 471 and it looks like it is not enough, without job offer there is a very little chances of me getting invitation. So I would like to know if someone here got job offer just by applying for engineering jobs in Canada. Please share your experience.

Regulated industry with no shortage of workers. Unlikely you will find a job from abroad

Learn French to increase your score. A job offer is unlikely.
