What all tests are done in Medical for ITA? I am pregnant and cannot get any X-rays.

I have received ITA but cannot complete medical as I am pregnant (Can't do X-rays).
Problem is my ITA invitation expires on July 25th and my delivery date is in August.

1. Is medical needed while applying for PR? Or can be submitted later?
2. Should I decline the ITA? OR
3. Is there any way I can talk and convince Canadian immigration and get approval on completing medical post delivery?

1) Yes it is necessary. Cannot be submitted later
2) Don't need to. Talk to your panel physician about getting all other tests done now and the X-Ray later. Your file will not be approved till you complete the X-ray however. You will have to mention the situation in a separate letter. You can submit everything else except the X-ray before July 25th. Then take your X-ray after your delivery and include your new born as an additional member in your application.
