What after passport request/COPR for inland applicants?

Hi,

I am waiting for the golden email. I got to know that it was approved end of October and the agent said that I will get the email anytime now.

I was wondering what are the next steps after you send your passport and receive it with the stamp/COPR? Do I still need to flagpole or move out of the country to activate my status?

I am CEC inland & currently in Manitoba.

You need to flagpole or exit the country and renter or make an appointment at an IRCC office all of course during the COPR validity

Appointment sounds a better idea. Let’s say I get my COPR until Feb but there is no appointment until March. In that case can CIC help?

Isn't COPR valid one year from your medical?
