what address to send passport?

Hi. I recvd ppr on last thursday. Want to send the passport to cpp-o today.

If i am sending by Canadapost Expresspost, which of the 2 adresses mentioned in the ppr email do i have to send it to? The PO box adress or the courier adress?

the PO box one.

the courier is for fedex, etc.
