All the supporting documents that are required for application i.e. bank letter, job letters, police record etc should be addressed to CIC or the Canadian Embassy in your local country?

All the supporting documents that are required for application i.e. bank letter, job letters, police record etc should be addressed to CIC or the Canadian Embassy in your local country?

'To whosoever it may concern' is good enough. The bank letters, job experience letters can mention that this is for your application for immigration.

PC will be a standard format where you don't have any choice.
