Tell the staff its Upfront Medicals for Canada & Express Entry & make payment. (passport photos, passport copy, original passport, past medical records, specs/glasses etc may be required as per hospital guidelines)
The staff will hand over forms to sign & declare yes or no on medical history.

# X-ray test (Remove all upper body clothing & press your (chest) against a board standing & you will be asked to take deep breath & hold for few seconds & x-ray is done.
#The nurse will take (blood) from your arm.
#Your (height & weight) is measured.
#You will asked to read letters or numbers on something similar to snellen chart. (eyes/eyesight)
#Nurse will ask you about (hearing/ears).
#You will give (urine) in a sample.
#A doctor will do physical test.
You will remove all clothing including underwear & change into hospital robe only.
You lie down on bed & doctor will see your (genitals). (If you are female then you better ask for female doctor before booking appointment & confirm again on the day of tests before making final payment)
Doctor using stethoscope, sphygmomanometer conducts tests placing stethoscope on arms, chest area etc.
Doctor will check the bottom lid of your eyes.
Doctor will ask if you have diabetes, blood pressure or any other medical condition (already asked in the form that was handed to you initially) & confirm you have none.
