In PR application, there were two employment records for me. I uploaded all the documents. But for the employment record of X company, I upload the documents of Y company. And for employment record of Y company, I upload the documents of X company. I already passed the medical (screen print below). Please advise what to do now?

From NA2 will it take a long time again for processing?

It depends on how fast your LVO process applications. It normally take 30-60 days from NA2 to IP2.

In my point of view, that will not be a big mistake. It was proven that you passed IP1 and medical passed. Otherwise they returned your file as incompleteness application.
