In general we don't encourage people to commit any form of crime on this forum. Pretty obvious if suddenly someone meets someone and gets married after they are at risk of being deported.

It sounds to me like you’re suggesting he goes into a marriage of convenience to stop any removal. Not only is that extremely careless/ fraudulent, but it also does not stop CBSA from removing him.
