Whar are Canadian High Commission Requirments to apply under SPP program??

I want to apply for my Postgraduate Studies in Canada. My IELTS score is overall 6.5 with Reading 7, Writing 5.5, listening 7.5, speaking 6.5. I would like to know is this score is acceptable by Canadian High Commission in India to apply under STUDENT PARTNERS PROGRAM (SPP) for postgraduate studies.

Hey Rick86,

SPP guidelines state that you need an overall band not less than 6, but a lot of colleges are not accepting a score less than 6.5 and no band below 6. so you may need to re-do your tests. Do cross check with the requirements of the college & course you have in mind.

If I apply for a college which accepts overall 6.5 and 5.5 in writing will I be eligible to apply under SPP for Postgraduate Studies? do I meet canadian high Commission requirement to apply under SPP for postgraduate studies?

you should meet the criteria.... SPP guidelines state the requirement of an overall band of 6.0 within the last 24 months.

my ielts score is 6 over all (6.5, 7, 5.5 , 5 )
10th 2007 61 % cbse
12th 2009 55% non med. cbse
diploma in management from new zealand 2011 above 60 %.
got an LOA from SPP college, for sept 2012.
course business admin in sales and marketing...
any suggestion ? plz
