WES doesn't have Masters of Cybersecurity on its degree list so I entered it as a Master of Computer Science with a a specialisation in cybersecurity.
You can give it a test drive if you like:

Credential 1
Country of Education:United States of America
Name of Degree:Master of Computer Science
Name of Institution:Western Governors University
Equivalency in Canada:Master's degree

Thank you. It is actually M.S(Master of science) with Major Cybersecurity and Information Assurance.
So does this validate it will count as master and I will receive the point for master?
I have some concern as this is an online university so hopefully, it won't be a time wasted.

Whatever I may say about whether it will count as a Masters or not is not relevant. I was apprehensive (still am) about relying on degrees from online universities and have never used one in an application. I wish I could tell you yea or nay with certainty, but WES has the final say and will only act once they have the actual documents in hand.

I understand what you are saying. Do you think/have seen WES changing equivalency after the official document is submitted since the Free tool from WES does show it is equivalent to Masters in Canada? Is there a way to contact anyone from WES as I don't see a way to email/call them.
This university is regionally accredited (NWCCU) the same as other state universities but who knows... I am just unable to find anyone who has done an official evaluation from WES from this university.

I use the WES tool mostly to see if an institution is on their list - if not, there's no point in pursuing an ECA. I wish I could contribute an opinion based on experience, but perhaps someone else on these fora can.

University does exist in WES tool as you were able to find it as well. I think to be on the safe side I will pursue an online degree from a legitimate state university. Last thing i need is more time wasted.

Did you find out any information concerning the ECA for WGU? I am interested in this school but having a hard time finding others who have successfully evaluated their degree for immigration.

I don't have idea about wgu but I have done my Masters in cybersecurity from EC-Council University and its accredited by the Distance Education Accrediting Commission (DEAC)—a private, non-profit organization that operates as a national accreditor of distance education institutions. The U.S. Department of Education lists DEAC as a nationally recognized accrediting agency and also recognizes DEAC as a member of the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).
