I need to get my wife's educational documents assessed from wes canada. She has 2 bachelors degrees total of 3 years plus 1 masters degree of 2 years. Do I have to send bachelors plus masters degree for assesment or just masters degree for point?

I got my ECA in 2013 which was equal to candian master's degree. I still have valid WES account. Do I need to get the new report or is it still valid for express entry program?
