HI Friends,

I recently got a mail from WES informing me of initiating a 2nd round check of my B.COM certificates from MG university Kottayam. I am not sure if anyone faced this problem before. If any of you especially one who faced and conquered this issue (MG university Kottayam), please guide and help me.

I need guidance on whom to contact in university or what are the steps and procedures to be taken, as I am totally confused over the lengthy period it is going to take. In India it is not easy to get response from Universities and I hardly believe if they ever check and reply to the mails they get, leaving me with the hope of ordinary mail WES has send over to the university.

Yes, I mean Mahatma Gandhi University.
Well for anyone facing this problem, I have an update. I was able to contact the university and they responded by saying that this is a common practice and nothing to worry.
The university will respond upon receiving the hard copies from WES and confirming the authenticity of the documents. Approximately 2 weeks is the processing time.
I believe this is the common practice for all the Universities.
