Hello,
My cousin wants to apply for express entry 2020. Can he apply for ECA now not to leave things for the last days? She has a phd in linguistics. Should she assess all other BA and MA or only the PhD is enough?

WES only needs the graduation and masters/Phd certificate for ECA along with transcripts. She can apply now if she wants, the ECA report will be valid for 5 years.
