I got my WES as diploma in catering from unrecognized institute.. i have provided all the documents WES have asked for.. their customer service is awful. i badly need points for educational credential to apply PR? Can i try apply again my certificates in CES/ICAS for education credential? Plz advice please...!!

You can try IQAS. What I've read here, they take more time but generally provide positive assessment for many institutes which are unrecognized by WES
Yes no harm in trying if money is not a major hitch. IQAS I have heard is liberal in accepting degrees.
Do you think they are also more positive on the report?
My ECA report from WES says my level is comparable to Bach3+ yrars in Canada. I have done 5 years and my diploma is recognized as Masters in my country. Any chance IQAS will give a better result?
