I belong to India. I already create wes login and filled all options but i m confused in last step like
Standard delivery (tracking not included) and
Courier delivery (tracking included)
plz help me which one is best

Hi friends,

I am looking for canada pr and i want to do WES. I had completed Btech and i want a clarification whether individual semester certificates are required for this. Degree certificate and consolidated marklist are with me, but marklist of my 3rd semester has not been received.

My Wes was completed on 15 August 2019 yet I have not received physical report?
I am from India
Any idea how much time it takes
