WES (World Education Services) Diploma Equivalency

Hello all,

I intend to send my diplomas to WES for credential equivalency. I have got an University degree of 4 years and a Masters Degree. I intend to send both (copies, of course).

Now what I do not understand is if I have to send them both in the same envelope, and pay only once to have them evaluated, or send separate and pay twice, one time for the University degree and one time for the Master's degree.

Would really appreciate your advice.

You'll pay once because the two degrees will be evaluated at the same time. You should send the copies of the two degree certificates and ask your university institutions to send your different transcripts to WES

I would have expected WES charging one time for each degree. After all, it's twice the work than with someone sending only one degree, right?
Or 3-4 times the work if someone has got 3 or 4 diplomas to send.

I couldn't find this info anywhere on their website, may I ask where did you get the info?

It is actually on their website, if you read through it.
I have also done my credential evaluation. I evaluated three degrees and I paid once.
As long as you include all degrees in your registration form where you are required to mention the degree you wish to evaluate.
You can try the online evaluation on their website. The copy generated is for you to see how it will look like

"Clear, legible photocopies of all degree certificates issued by the institutions attended, and, For completed programs, the Diploma Supplement containing a complete record of all courses taken and individual grades obtained for all post-secondary study"
"Please have all documents verified by apostille"

Am I missing something?

I do not know what your WES evaluation is for, I did for FSWP and the page address is

I already got a visa and hopefully the credential evaluation will help me find a better job than I would without. Also for not having to start college/university courses from scratch.

to be true.. major universities does not take account of WES evaluation.

Top Business Schools in Canada said that WES evaluation will only be considered to an extent but not in full.

What I would like to find out now for certain is: can I proceed with the evaluation process by myself? I have got the degrees authenticated, got apostiles, translated into English. Same for the diploma supplement (which contains all courses taken and final grades for each course).

I have read some opinions saying that the university must send a sealed envelope to WES, is that true?

My situlation: graduated, think that the WES evaluation would help get a better job when moving, also to not have to start school from zero.

WES website doesn't mention anything about the university having to send anything.
