WES within Canada

Hi all,
When I came to Canada in 2017, I had brought Marklists, degree certificate and Transcript in sealed envelope. Now I want to do WES. Can I create an account and forward these docs to WES? will they accept it?

WES requires you to have your documents sent through a proper procedure (explained on WES's website) from the institution where you studied.
