WES verification

AAsalamualikum

I am new to this forum, can anyone guide me along with an issue??

I send my documents to WES, verified by HEC. As HEc does not directly send the documents so I send it through TCS. today I got an email saying that the documents are not accepted, reason that they weren't send according to the required documents. I rechecked it but could not mark any mistake. can anyone please help me with it????

What is HEC? What is TCS?
The requirement here is document should be in sealed envelop directly provided from University where you did graduation. It is OK to mail them yourself. The sealed envelop should have a stamp of university on the back. Did you mention you WES confirmation number on the top of the envelop?

Yes I did mention WES reference number..
HEC is higher secondary education in Pakistan which deals with all verification processes.
TCS is courier service.

Many universities in Pakistan are now sending documents themselves and that's the right way of doing it. Some of my friends have sent their documents through University and sent the HEC attested documents directly to WES.

Process for Pakistan is as follow:

University to send documents directly to WES
or You get Degree and Transcript attested by HEC and you put them in University Official Envelope and Put Official Seal and stamp on them and then send WES via TCS or whichever courier service you use.

Also, send Degree and Transcripts you need to send to WES in a separate Folder.
