WES validity period

HI,

my agent ask me go to WES and get ECA without IELTS. If results success, so report of WES which name ECA and IELTS add both and proceed to CIC Express Entry program.

is this correct?

be advice also validity period after confirmation get or received from WES CSA how many day month or years we can apply for CIC EE FSW program

ECA is valid for 5 years. You can use it whenever you want till it expires.

IELTS is mandatory. I got it done with WES. Its good.
