HI guys

Have a Question abt filling up Request Form for eca.

Where can i find WES ref. number? I have already made an a/c with them but have not made payment yet ? Do v only get reference no. after v complete payment?

Also, once we sign the request form the next step will be Emailing it to the respective university right?

Can anyone who did finished ECA and who studied in Univ. of Mumbai tell me how was response from them ? Did it take long time and how much did they charge to send the reports ?

you have to make the payment only then you will ref no.
You have to send that document by mail not by email , thats what i did,

I did not do study from Mumbai university

As PR4CAN rightly pointed out, you need to pay and only after that you would get the reference number.
I believe the request form that you mentioned is the request form for transcripts from the Mumbai University? If yes, then you need to take a printout of the same and go to the Uni and submit it to the person responsible for transcripts and he/she would do the same.
I completed my bachelors from Mumbai University.I got my transcripts last week and have sent it across to WES. I am yet to get a response from them, guess that would take a month maximum (they mention 20 working days on their website.)

IWES would charge around 300$ to 330$ for evaluation and sending across the docs.

Hope you know that the sealed transcripts from the university are issued in the Churchgate center (Vidhyarthi Bhavan, 1st Floor) and not at Kalina.

getting your ECA done from WES - go via FSW. They have that option in their site. I sent my document on 25th Dec 2014 and obtained the evaluation on 5th Jan 2015.

Cost was 180$ if you opt for Canada Post delivery.
Addtional 38$ if you opt for Courier service delivery (From Canada to India).

Note- while creating your Account with WES make sure the name mentioned in the account is same as the name in the degree because the ECA letter which you will get contains the degree details + Name mentioned while creating the account. so if some body has created account name with 'ABC' , that person will get ECA letter mentioning

Degree equivalence : Bachelor 4 year
