WES-Unable to open Canada application form

Hello,
I started off an WES US application form sometime last year but for some reason did not complete the form. When I tried to apply in the Canada website, the website says - go back and apply the US one first. Even if i try to create a new account, it still somehow finds my old account and does'nt allow me to even open the canada application. Has anybody faced the same issue? Could you please help me out? Unfortunately the US customer service is also not available today. I want to send the docs today to WES but because of this, I am stuck up. Please help.

Hello,

The only way is to email them or call and notify them of your problem. When they reply, they'll assign your account to a new email ID with which you can apply for WES Canada. It takes a few days for them to reply, so you'll have to be patient.
