WES Transcript

Hi,
I need help ASAP please!

I have my university issued my transcript and they asking me whether to send the original copy of the transcript to WES or a photocopy of it and then they will sign and seal it, Thank

Your transcript either has to go to WES directly from the university in a sealed/signed envelope, or you can get an original transcript from the university in a signed/sealed envelope (DO NOT OPEN IT) and send it in yourself.

I request for WES transcript (Both Degree certificate and consolidated mark sheets) .
I received the sealed envelope from Bharathidasan university.
I send that to WES -Canada.
Now they informed there is no Degree certificate in that sealed envelope.
Can U please how to find the solution.

If WES received transcript but not degree certificate, then it is more likely that the university didn't include it in the packet. I would check with university and send degree certificate again
