Hi, Is there any update on your profile from WES ? They received my documents on 4th of April but as of now, my status is on hold.

The institute has an agreement with WES. They sent it. You as an individual cant send documents to wes electronically.
Hi, Mine was sent on 16.03.2020 and recd at WES on 30.03.2020 and approved on 12.06.2020. So I think they processed till 31.03.2020

I am in initial process of WES evaluation, I am currently staying in Chennai, but in my passport, address is my old address which is in Pune. Can someone help me with a solution, what should I fill while creating WES profile, my current address or old address (as in passport) I tried checking in many forums and websites, but everywhere different opinions are coming. Also I emailed to WES but not yet received any reply. Does the physical copy of evaluation really matter or PDF is enough?
Also my surname is expanded in passport, whereas all my certificates have only the initial letter, which is a usual practice in South India. What should I fill in WES profile as well as educational credentials? Both should be as per passport, or as per degree certificates, or in profile as per passport and in educational credentials as per certificates. I am really confused.

Mine reached on the 30th March as well, but unfortunately not picked up as yet. Everytime I end up calling they mention that they will process it when they get to the doçument. So, I guess they are still processing docs from March. Probably not in a particular order.. :-(
Address doesn't mater. You can give your present address to receive your report.
Give your surname as per passport. Mine is also the same case and WES accepted my documents.
Unfortunately, that information is not given out. When did the university send the documents?
You can call Wes and check with them directly.
My PG university has sent the docs electronically to them last week. June 6. However my UG docs were sent physically to WES in March.
I had mailed regarding this to WES and am yet to receive any reply. There is no confirmation of whether all docs have been received at their end.
Tried calling WES.. But not able to get connected.
Don't you have separate rows in WES for each degree? They should have details against each for details like If UG was processed and waiting for documents for PG etc.
- You will have to wait on call till they pick up. Normally wait time is almost 40 mins.
Hi, I've got the same problem. I sent them my original of diplomas at April 17, 2020. It was sent by DHL and I have some signature. I can't get sane response, only template as an answer. According my DHL record my document was received Ms.Anita. They didn't answer to me is she in their staff member or not. Do somebody have the same receiver name ?
It has probably been delivered and signed for by WES, they just don't have the manpower to open and sort them yet...
Yes. Separate rows for UG and PG.This section is shown separately in mail only. But everything shows as under process in WES app with no individual section update.
