My estimated completion date it the 5th .. but it hasnt updated since 8th November .. will I still get it on time ?

I believe it impacts only the acknowledgement stage where for paper based couriers they take over a week to update status to "We are processing a new package or document for your application", which in your case has already been updated the same day. Rest of the process would remain more or less the same for your country and qualification (with extremely less chances for secondary verification).

Finally, got an estimated completion date. Masters degree, IAU, Tehran, Iran.

Documents delivered to WES according to post company - 10/03/2019

Emailed them and asked them for a status update - 11/01/2019 (They did not answer)
Called them and asked them for a status update - 11/11/2019

Yes, my due date is the same as yours. Mine is an upgrade though, credential from UK
Timeline:
Oct 14: paid for upgrade and faxed certificate
Oct 15: status: we received your document, we are reviewing your document
Oct 25: Transcript was received by WES
Oct 28: status: we received your documents, we are reviewing your documents
Nov 13: documents accepted, due date Dec 10.
I made sure I called customers service to follow up and sent one email too.
