WES Timeline/Tracking 2019

In my case I am the primary applicant and my wife is secondary applicant. Can I submit my application once I receive my ECA or will I have to wait for hers? She has a four year Bachelors in Engineering.

Also, someone here has written that WES has stopped displaying/sending PDF and we have to wait for hard copy. Is it true?

That was my dilemma as well. We can always submit our profile without our spouse’s ECA, but it would be lower. We could just update our profile once we get their ECA number, and hopefully be included in the draw!

Someone has received his/her ECA just a few days ago- and I assumed he/she was able to receive a pdf copy.

How ofter does WES miss a due date?

My timeline:
Status: In progress
Your report is under final review and your evaluation will be sent to your recipient(s).
Status last updated: 11/10/2019

Your evaluation is in progress. You are not required to do anything at this time.
Your evaluation is due for completion on 11/11/2019. It will be sent to you and your recipient(s) the same day.

We sent an email to Wes earlier to seek an update. Then,
Nov 12: Documents were accepted. Expected completion date: Dec 10.

Or anyone who has recently received their evaluation? Is it still common to receive the results a few days earlier than the due date?

Nov 8: WES - All documents were reviewed and accepted. Your evaluation is in progress.
The estimated completion date of your evaluation is 5 Dec 2019.

I have a similar time frame for two applications. mine and my wife's:

Oct 28: We received your document(s). We are reviewing your document(s).
Nov 5: We are analyzing and evaluating your document(s).
No update since for the first application

Oct 31: We received your document(s). We are reviewing your document(s).
Nov 6: We are analyzing and evaluating your document(s).
No update since for the second application

My WES evaluation is still under review. I have one confusion. My order details in WES account show - Your current evaluation type is a Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) IRCC - ICAP
.
However it says
Document-by-Document Evaluation (ECA)

For immigration is it the correct option?
