You called them and then they updated the status? What did you say to them?
I too called them yesterday but they asked to raise the query through "Contact Us" page which I raised but no update yet.

What I have understand from the posts in this forum is that once your document are received by Wes they take around 4 weeks to give you estimated date of report

Hi, my documents were also reached there on 26th aug, on 26 sep they updated that they have sent my docs to university to authenticate, yesterday they again updated that we are evaluating your docs, you need not to do anything, any idea that how much more time they will take
Mine is 25th , I am yet to receive electronic report .
It says " reviewing evaluation report "
I've same due date. My status hasn't changed yet It still says "We are reviewing your evaluation report."
I'll let you know when I see any change. Please you try to do the same.
