Dude, just count the working days. As per estimate, you'll get an update and an email by 5/6th of August stating that they've sent it for verification. Then after receiving it from your university, they'll do the evaluation. So by another 20/25 days down the line you'll get your evaluation report.
And when they update for evaluation, that's when they'll update you about the report date.
You mean they will sent it again to university for review?? I am from France i don't think they will send it again.
Have they been verified once? If not, they'll verify it. What care they give to French universities, I don't have an idea. But yes, 35 business days is for all.
