I haven't got anything until now, so I am hoping it comes tomorrow

Still no change in progress after 35+ days. I tried contacting them two days back, no response yet.

It took nearly 42+ days to get to this point.
You are lucky, it took more than two months for me, and my transcripts got there super fast (24 hours for one degree and less than 10 days for the other) lol. They are running on snail speed tbh.Last update 5/20/2019

I read somewhere that WES is sending emails to the universities to get the transcripts confirmed which is delaying the process of evaluation unnecessarily.?
Is this true and also please let me know the average time WES is taking to complete the evaluation.

WES had always been emailing universities for verification of transcripts. It has always been part of their verification process. Other agencies do that too.
WES says it takes 35 days to process an ECA.
Is it possible that by emailing them or raising a support ticket, I can get it expedited.?

1. Got my eca report in Nov 2018 for my undergrad.
2. Sent my pg documents April 2019 and they have been accepted.
But they've changed the status to 'On Hold' as they want me to send documents for my undergrad again as they haven't been sent by university.
The documents were sent by me when the new rule wasn't even implemented. It will take me a very long time to a apply for transcripts and send through university.
Any advice, anyway I can reason with them??

There is nothing you can do expedite your ECA.
WES takes 35 "business" days to process an ECA once your documents have been received, reviewed and "accepted".
A lot of people fail to calculate that, 35 business days = 7 calendar weeks = 1 calendar month and 3 calendar weeks. Business days exclude Saturdays and Sundays and Public Holidays.
I have the same case, have they refused to process the evaluation.
I sent my bachelors degree last year and now sent other bachelors degree, the documents are yet to be accepted.
Are they saying that they need the old transcripts again.?
