i am planning to apply in FSWC with NOC 3142.
I did a free evaluation by WES website, they are showing my degree as 3 years BSc. Physiotherapy from University of Karachi. However, its 4 Year B.S.Physiotherapy. i sent them an email and they replied;

I am waiting for my doc get attested by HEC (HEC ppl jst screwd me) and made an account on WES website. my question is
1. should i proceed with evaluation
2. can i use my debit card for payment? which one is the safest and quickestpayment option?
3. one of my frnd is living in toronto, can he do the WES thing on my behalf? The WES ppl are charging 100 CD for return couries, and my University's dispach office is charging only 1700 PRK for toronto.
