WES Status understanding

Can someone please help me , Im very keen to know when I should receive my WES ECA . It was submitted to WES on March 7th .when I login its says "Evaluation - Document by Document (Initial Application)" status Evaluation in Progress . Is this normal ? how long will it take to get final results .

Thats fine and its depend on a person who is evaluating your degree. I applied on 6th march and got my eca on 31st march
