WES : Status on Hold - Please Guide (more details inside)

Hello to all

On 30th November
I asked ACCA, to send my transcript of Certified Account Technician . Which they did same day through the Electronic Medium

By 1st December
It was showing
Status: In Progress

Today - 2nd December
I see status changing as
Status: On Hold
We are waiting for your documents

In the Document Status
They have said
Academic Trancript => Not Received
Final Certificate => Not Received
Confirmation of Award Letter => Not Received

I email right away to ACCA.
They were kind to reply immediately saying it can take 7 working days.

So shall i be assured, that even through electronic medium... such delay occurs?

Or their is some error on my side ?

Have you double checked if this is fine because as far as I know WES don't accept electronic docs. WES wants the docs to be sent by the uni in a sealed envelope. Where is your uni located it? Does it provide you any online app?

Hello brother I have same experience like you as I am ACCA member and hope u are also. Just double check the reference number that you have send to ACCA. And secondly you should directly call to WES and explain you problem. As Wes take sometime to receive documents from ACCA but still you should call to WES.
