My WES status is in progress since 11/27/2019. The description says, "We are processing a new package or document for your application." Please let me know if anybody is facing or faced the same issue or how long will it take until they make further updates ?
You need to wait patiently with Wes. This status means that your documents have just reached them on 27 November. Now within few days, maybe in a week, your status will change to document review. Then after two weeks, they will either say that they have accepted your documents or they will intimate if secondary verification with university is required. In my case, secondary verification wasn't required but it still took overall 2.5 months for complete process and my promised date is 31st December.
I would advise that with Wes, just dont panic and let the things happen, they will intimate anything required to be done by you through email
