Good....so how would go about the third ? Would they consider if we submit a copy of email as reference sent from Work email address with Signature?

I have a copy of email sent by that particular company that they wont provide such letters as it is not their policy. I'm supporting that with docs such as appointment letter, appraisal letter, payslips, relieving letter etc.
I also have an unofficial notarized reference letter from the supervisor who managed me in that company. So I'm guessing they should consider it.

Even then if CIC doesn't consider my experience for that company, still I'm good with points. I would get 73 points and I should be eligible.

How you managed 73 points without experience ??? ??? :o

I have 8+ experience across 3 companies. I was referring to one of these companies where I worked for 5 years. That is the one which denied me exp letter.
So I still have 3 years exp from other companies. Also I was able to score 24 from IELTS and I have my spouse's 5 points from IELTS

Cool. Yes I got reference letters from 2 of my previous employers. One other employer isn't providing it as it is against their policies.

One of my ex-employer also said Reference letters are against their policies, do you know if we have any alternatives? I wont qualify if im not able to get this experience counted. Please advise.

Check if any of your previous manager from that company can write a reference letter with all details specified such as main duties in each role, working hours per week etc and have it notarized.

I see...could you help me understand if its a Notary or an Affidavit...I'm kinda confused between the two...thanks for all the advise ! ??? ???

I cannot advise you on that. I'm personally going with Notary.

But I suggest to go through other threads in the forum. May be you'll get any imp information

Hi All,

Two weeks back i sent my degree documents to WES for evaluation and today i received an email with the subject "EVALUATION COMPLETED NOTIFICATION " . But when i logged in my WES account to check the report it say "EVALUATION - NOT AN OFFICIAL COPY" and below is the rest of the Analysis on report:
-----------
CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY

Bachelor's degree (four years)

CREDENTIAL ANALYSIS

1 Credential Authentication: Official transcripts were sent directly by the institution
Country: India
Credential: Bachelor of Technology
Year: 2006
Awarded by: Punjab Technical University
Institution Status: Recognized
Admission requirements: Secondary school graduation
Length of program: Four years
Major/Specialization: Information Technology
Canadian Equivalency: Bachelor's degree (four years)
----------------------

Although analysis sounds positive but still i just want to confirm if this is what we are suppose to get after successful credential evaluation.

Best Regards,

You are right. It simply means that you cannot print this and send to CIC as a proof of eligible foreign degree

This is normal. You will get an official report by courier soon. Congrats

Hello everyone!! Please could you help me?

My application was received JUly, 24th 2014. But unfortunately, I just realised I might have sent the Duplicate WES assessment certificate, for clarity, i did not photocopy the document rather I ordered for duplicate which I am thinking I had sent, I did not see any difference among the documents but my attention was drawn to this fact when some one recently posted that he got his application back due to sending 'wes assessment duplicate' instead of the original. i never knew they were different, all looked the same

please what should I do right now? I tried as much as possible to do every thing right, but this makes me feel really bad. I will appreciate your advice

Maybe the person who posted that might have photocopied the doc and might have ended up sending the photocopy. I guess WES website says Both the sheets are considered to be original.
