WES sending evaluation report for incomplete documents

Hi All,

I have received an email from WES that they have received all of my documents and that they will send the report by 8th August.

I am wondering how can they send me this email when i have just sent them my masters degree and yet to send them the Bachelors degree and secondary certificates. Even, when i placed my order, i mentioned all these degrees & certificates.

I am not sure why they are preparing the report for just masters degree. Do anyone have any idea?

I have send them an email (through their contact us page) but not sure will they reply or not.
 
Guys i did the dumbest mistake ever, I missed out on sending my application summary report in my envelope and I ended up sending Just the transcripts and attested copy of my degree certificate :-X :-X :-X :-X. However, I wrote down my reference # on the top of my envelope. Do you think that would help ??? ??? ???, also could you suggest a best course of action henceforth. Thanks!

PS:My courier service confirmed that my envelope was delivered Monday afternoon and the status on the website is still waiting for documents.
 
Vinzy, what is the application summary report? I've done my ECA with WES but never provided them with anything of that sort.
As for your app status, it's totally normal that it still shows 'waiting for documents'. Give them at least 3 working days to update ur status.
 
Thanks for responding ! While you apply online and pay them, they create a Ref # and the title of that page says "Application Summary Report". My envelope literally had only my transcripts and a copy of my degree certificate sealed by my university, I was wondering how would WES know which application the documents refer to? Do you know if they cross-reference with the names and DOBs. Could you also please tell me the exact list of docs you had in your envelope that your sent to WES. Thank you.

If you have written the Reference # on top of the envelope, you are good. Even I didn't send any summary along with transcripts but mentioned ref# on envelope just like you did.
I got my ECA done and got the positive report last month.

Whats so unfortunate about it? :o :o only around 300 applications till now I guess? I'm planning for the same NOC too, did you get the reference letters?

Really? CIC webpage show 311 and it says last updates on 30th Sep :o

On the SS sheet the estimated date when this NOC is likely to be filled up is 10 / 10 / 2014

You should change your NOC , applying in this one will be useless.

Thanks Arika, The status on WES website is now moved to "Received Docs - Review in progress" !

Cool. Yes I got reference letters from 2 of my previous employers. One other employer isn't providing it as it is against their policies.
