WES Requirements from Pakistan - I have read the blogs and WES site and need clarification please

I plan to use WES for ECA. I have Masters from NED University. I need to go on the basis of my Masters degree.

I plan to send the following documents to WES sealed from the institutions:
1- HSC marks sheet and Certificate duly attested and sealed by BIEK
2 - NED Masters Degree and Transcript (Not marks sheet) attested and sealed by HEC
3 - NED Bachelors Degree and Transcript (Not marks sheet) attested and sealed by HEC

Question:
1. Do I need to send SSC certificate and marks sheet
2. DO I need to certify my HSC certificate by IBCC (WES does not say this)
3. Any other documents to send?

Will be grateful for the answer.

When you open an account with WES they will tell you exactly what documents to send.
