WES requirements for spouse in QSWP (Mon projet)

I have mentioned spouse's qualifications in Mon projet . If i am successful at second intake, do i need to do Wes for my spouse? Does QsWP ask for WES of spouse? Please help me in this matter and share your knowledge with me. Thank you
