WES required documents

Hi all,

i am a B.Com Graduate, can someone please let me know if attested marksheets are also required by WES for evaluation along with transcripts. The Site has mentioned attested marksheets in a special requirements, what is that special requirement.

Also what all will be needed to be attested by the mumbai university?

Please Help!!

my wife studied in mumbai university. WES rejected her transcripts. she got copies of all her marksheets and got them attestted by the controller on exams in the churchgate campus
