WES request form question

Hi folks,
I'm using WES to get an equivalent Degree from my country. In the Request Form, I have to sign into the applicant's section. Im currently in Canada and do not have any chance to get back to my country, so I was asking help from parents to help me get all the required documents. Will it be fine if I just fill and sign my section and then scan and send it to my parents? They will print it out and send back with my transcript to the office in Toronto. Is there any problem with a printed signature or do i need to send the original one?

Academic Records Request Form is not a mandatory document that needs to be sent to WES by the university while releasing the documents. This document is intended to be submitted to university to release your transcripts, your parents can request the university to keep a copy of the same along with the transcripts in the sealed envelope. I have heard that people have sent their transcripts without it and WES has evaluated their education. You can ask your parents to take a colour print of the form and submit 2 copies to the university, where they shall retain one for their records and place one in the sealed envelope.

So is there any deadline for required documents to be sent after the payment? I dont know how long does it take to get all my document to be sent to the office since my university said that it takes time to find my transcript after 8 years.

I recently tried to get the transcripts through cleartranscripts.com and they had asked specifically to sign the Academic Records Request form in blue ink and then scan it and send it to them for processing. So you might want to sign it in blue if you are planning to send the scanned copy to your parents.
