From what i read just the ECA# and the diplomas copy. But there should be an Instructions button that gives you details

I'm not sure of the distinction you're making between 'education transcript' and 'Education (diplomas/degrees)'.

Post ITA, you should only be asked for your degree certificate (not transcript), but most people err on the side of caution by uploading degree certificate + ECA (in your case, WES) + IELTS/CELPIP certificate. You need to upload them as one merged PDF if you do decide to upload more than just the degree certificate.

i got two options to upload

1. Education (diplomas/degrees) (required)( i guess first one is asking only scanned copy of my degrees and diploma
2. Education Transcripts (required) ( i guess in this , they are asking for marksheets of my diploma and degree)

I am asking , do I need to need to upload WES report in first option or in second option and what about IELTS report. Where should I upload it ?

Ok, then I am guessing one of your qualifications is from a Canadian university? If your degree is from an overseas university then they don't ask for transcripts (since WES or another ECA provider has already seen them).

If this is correct, I would upload the WES report and IELTS with your degree/diploma certificates.
