WES Report shows the year 2020, but my degree was awarded in 2021

Hello Everyone,

I just got my degree evaluated by WES, but on the report, they mentioned the year as 2020, but I received my degree in march 2021. Is that normal? I'm going to submit the Express Entry application, if I use this report will that be an issue as the dates are different?

I have already submitted a contact form to WES to ask the reason and fix the issue, but haven't heard back yet.

Any advice on this?

As per my experience they won't answer it. What you can do is to ask your institute to write to them about date of completion. Hope this helps.

Please let me know how you fixed it. I have an issue where my degree was completed in 2016 but I received my degree certificate from university in 2018. In my Wes application i entered year of award as 2016 but university says they can only enter it as 2018.

Hi , did you get any answer? But what it any person did not apply for degree for many years like last exam given in 2014 for backlog and degree applied in 2017 and date on degree on bottom is 2018 then what will be in this case or no date in degree

I'm working as Product Manager in Pharmaceutical Industry. My job showbox profile is of pure marketing & not sales. While I browsed through list of NOCs, I could find only 0124 (Advertising, Marketing & Public relations managers) relevant to my job description; but I have PG degree in Pharma and don't have MBA or any administrative degree. Employment requirements for 0124 mention need for administrative degree or specialization in sales/marketing.
What can be done in such situation?

Hi, did u graduate in 2020 and got a degree certificate in 2021? I am in the same boat so wanted to know what worked for you.
