WES report not received

Hi,
I did my ECA in May 2013, and it got completed in March 2015. it took two years But I am happy that its completed. Now, its shown in the site that they have sent the report to me via mail. But its been almost 3 months and I have not received the reports yet. I can download the report from the site. Is that enough for the application? I have created my EE profile today. Or should I apply for a duplicate report again, which would cost me around 150 dollars again

2 years for WES? Seriously? Mine took less than 2 months.

What went wrong if I may ask?

ahh I seriously dont have any idea bro. I did it through WES. but now my concern is the report. Also, my ielts result is speaking-7, writing-7.5, listening-8.5 and reading 6.5. The reading score pushed me out of CLB9. and my current score is 365. Would taking the ielts again be beneficial?

Absolutely. Having a CLB 9 and at least a Bachelor's degree is usually the precursor to a near 400 score.

That PDF report is good enough.
