WES report lost in mail

My WES evaluation is completed but I didn't receive the report in mail. The standard mail doesn't offer tracking so I think it is lost. I have the soft copy in their website. Is it ok to send this soft copy in the application or do we need to order a duplicate ? Please advise.

It should work, but there have been past cases of OINP asking for the original stamped copy...It would be better for you if you ask for a duplicate copy from WES.
