WES report, do I need a copy of printed version?

today ,I submited my WES application , and pay fees.

but WES website let me submit the delivery address to receive the validation report and at same time WES will send the digital report to IRCC and offer a online report as well.

is it necessary to receive the printed version of WES report? will I be required to scan the printed report to EE systerm?

if not, could I request to cancel the international delivery (I'm not in Canada, of course).

it's better to have it and scan it with your educational files. It's actually not a requirement to upload the scan but people do it as a safety measure

Not necessary...it is only for your satisfaction...CIC and IRCC only need your WES report no, as they have access to the report (since wes sends a copy to IRCC also)

Not required. As others said, they only require the report number. Uploading the certificate helps when you've mistyped the number, in which case they would probably look at the document and extract the correct number from it.

Great I feel relieved.

But , WES requires to send degree certificate paper to them by mail . but I heard WES can accept FAX .
Is that ture？
