WES related problems

I have sent my masters transcripts and graduation degree to WES will they evaluate both or just graduation degree because masters degree still not issued by university.

I didn't understand your question? You have told "masters degree still not issued by university", then what did you sent to WES?

My friend, answer to your question is -

Yes they will do the assessment BUT in order to have your masters evaluated, you need to send your bachelor degree too.
