WES Refund issue for the Duplicate Copy

Hi,

What is this refund? I ordered duplicate wes some time ago

Whenever you place an order on WES for a duplicate copy of your ECA report to be made available to OINP, WES system also charges you for a copy to be made available to CIC (by default). In fact, you need not make the report available to CIC again as it is already available to CIC as per the first payment you made to WES (when you got your educational credentials assessed). So, you can request a refund from WES for CAD 41.81 for the extra report which you did not order (but the system selects it automatically).

Today I got a mail from wes stating for refund that i am eligible for a refund of only 7$. I was of the impression that I will get around 41$ . what should be done now?

You can write through http://www.wes.org/ca/support/ and ask for a recomputation of your refund. That's what I did and received another email from them after 3 days for the additional refund.

I did not get entire CAD 41.81 in one go, first I got 7.91 and then 33.90. Try writing to them, you will get an additional refund.

did you write to them using the form on their website? I never received any reply from them when I wrote using this form.
