Hi, I am applying for WES evaluation and in the recipient I am not adding any PNP right now. But in the future i may need to do so as i will apply to MPNP and OINP. So is it possible to send a copy of report to PNPs afterwards?

WES is telling we can add PNP recipient letter. "If you plan to apply to a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) in Canada, please add the program as a recipient. You can also add PNP recipients later."

So do we have to add while applying for that PNP or after we receive an invitation? Will it take more time if we add it letter?
