WES received only one out of two envelopes in same package

Hi All,

I send my degree certificate and transcripts in separate envelopes(each with WES Reference number written) but in a "Single package" to WES through DHL. It got delivered to WES and reflected in my account. But now they are telling they received only one envelope - which is Degree certificate and the other is not received.

I called WES ( yes after 30 minutes of holding) and explained that it is in a single shipment. It is not possible to receive only one envelope and miss other in a single shipment. They told that, they will look into it and update in 2 business days. After one day, I got an email telling that they didn't receive the 2nd envelope with transcripts.

One strange thing noticed is that, WES shipment tracking is showing that my single package is received twice on 2 different days

What should I do ? Anybody faced similar issue ? Please advise.

WES are very bad in that regards (it can take a week for everything to update) their customer service is also bad. I suggest you harrass them, preferably on social media. It's the only solution that seemed to work. Wait a couple of days and try again

I called WES again, now they are telling - they received two envelopes in single shipment, but 2nd envelope was empty :eek:

I asked for a picture of the empty envelope, but they are refusing to provide it

I complained again, now I received another another email telling that the transcript envelope was open, when they received it.

Basically 3 answers for same query by three different customer support persons. Seems, they have some objective type answers for every question. Give one of the answer to the customer. What type of people are working in WES ? They call themselves as non-profit organisation - This way they are looting other's hard earned money.

Here are the answers i received -

1) Did not receive
2 ) Received, but was totally empty. Nothing inside
3) Received, but the envelope was open when they received it. So they can not consider it
