WES question

Hi everyone

My friend is going to apply for her wes evaluation this week. She has a Masters from one uni in Australia and Bachelors from a uni in the states. For both degrees to assessed does she need to pay one fee or pay individually for each degree?


and another friend is getting trouble from her uni to send her transcript but she has a copy in a sealed envelope with uni seal. if she sends it herself and with her address as the return address will wes accept this?

wes's instruction is to send the transcript directly to then by University. This is for authentication purpose. I have no idea about consequenses for any other methords.
