WES Query

I have already evaluated my bachelors degree from the institute, Now at current point in time I have completed my masters and I have to evaluate the same thru WES. so again I have send my bachelors documents to wes or not or I just have to mention the wes number for the reference..

I am bit confused.. plz help....
